Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Hatched Mail account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What we provide

Hatched Mail is an email client that connects to your PurelyMail account via IMAP/SMTP. We provide the software — you bring your own mail hosting. We do not host, store, or transmit your email content. Your email lives on PurelyMail's servers.

3. Plans & pricing

  • Free: 1 email account, full email client features. No time limit, no credit card required.
  • Lifetime ($79 one-time): Unlimited email accounts, scheduled sending, signatures, file manager. One payment, yours forever.
  • AI MCP Add-on ($9/month): MCP server access to connect AI assistants to your inbox. Cancel anytime. Requires Lifetime license.

All payments are processed by Stripe. The Lifetime license is non-refundable after 30 days. The MCP subscription can be canceled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal — you retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Hatched Mail to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
  • Do not abuse the service through automated scraping, rate-limit evasion, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Comply with PurelyMail's terms of service and acceptable use policies
  • Comply with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

5. Your data

You own your data. We store only what's needed to authenticate you and connect to your mail server. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

Hatched Mail depends on third-party services (PurelyMail, Neon, Vercel, Stripe). We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

Hatched Mail is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost emails, missed deadlines, or any damages arising from use of the service. Your email is hosted by PurelyMail — their service level applies to email delivery.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
